aja deh, saya share cara buatnya. Sebenarnya saya memiliki masalah dengan
berbagai bumbu-bumbu makanan yang jangankan pernah beli, dengar aja gag pernah
(Ommo!). Jadi dengan keahlian yang saya miliki (Cieehh) saya mencoba mengganti
bahan-bahan yang tidak ada dengan bahan alternatif lain yang menurut selera
saya sama enaknya. Jadi guys, walaupun tidak sama persis dengan ayam goreng
yang disajikan di restoran-restoran korea, At least you can try making at home
by yourself! and this is the recipe!
How
to make Perfect Korean Chicken Fried
Are
any of you keen on watching Korean Dramas or movies? Have you ever seen the
scene of the delicious fried chicken that usually served in many Korean
restaurants? Yes, It is! Korean fried chicken is traditional home-made chicken
that becomes famous not only for Korean people but also well-known for some
foreigners in all over the world. And here are the basic ingredients and ways
those make Korean fried chicken become wanted!
The
basic ingredients those you need to make a delicious portion of Korean fried
chicken are 16 equal sizes of chicken breast, wing, and thigh; 150 grams of
wheat flour; two eggs; three table spoon of Maizena or cornmeal flour; 150
grams of rice flour two table spoon of pepper, one fresh lime (Medium Size);
three red chilies, two cloves of onions, ½ half clove of garlic, three table
spoons of salt, and one a half glass of fresh milk. For the sauce what you need
are six red chilies, three cloves of onions, two small size of garlic, one big
clove of Bombay onion, three onion leaves, two table spoons of salt, two table
spoons of honey, five table spoons of ketchup, one table spoon of Apple
vinegar, two leaves of leeks.
First
step is to prepare making the fried chicken. Roll the chicken with and fresh
lime and pepper inside a large bowl; boil them. Pour the wheat, rice and
Maizena flour into another large bowl. Continue by adding the blended chilies,
onions, and garlic to be mixed with the flour. Add salt, eggs, and pour the
milk onto the flour. Roll the boiled chicken into the mixed dough. Prepare the
pan for frying Set the heat in medium level. Fry the flour-covered
chicken into the hot oil until the chicken looks brownish.
The
further step is making the sauce to be the complement for the fried chicken.
Firstly, blend the chilies, garlic and Bombay onion. Chop the onion leaves and
leeks. Fry the blended onions and chilies in the medium heat. Add the onion
leaves and leeks. Afterward, put the salt, honey, ketchup, and Apple vinegar
into the previous ingredients. Wait until all ingredients become completely
mixed and taste good.
The
last step is mix the fried chicken with the sauce. Serve it with hot rice. I
